Commerce Dr. Unit 605, Volo, IL 60073, our 1800 square foot facility houses state-of-the-art equipment and a team of professionals committed to excellence in every aspect of our work.

While we are currently ISO compliant, demonstrating our commitment to quality management systems, we are not resting on our laurels. We are actively working towards obtaining AS9100 certification in Q2 2025. Hardinge Bridgeport XR500 5-axis machine
Another versatile addition to our arsenal, featuring travel dimensions of X: 27.5", Y: 25.9", Z: 18.9", A: (Swing) +/-110°, and C: (Rotary) 360°. With a spindle speed of 15,000 RPM, it complements our machining capabilities perfectly.
Hexagon Global 5.7.5 CMM machine
Our state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machine ensures impeccable quality control with travel dimensions of X: 19.69", Y: 27.56", and Z: 19.69".
To further enhance our capabilities, we utilize NX CAD/CAM Software for intricate design and manufacturing processes, as well as Proshop ERP for seamless project management and execution.
